Regular Season Round 13: Borac CA - Partizan 91-106

One of the most interesting games of round 13 was a derby match between two teams from Serbia. The game took place in Cacak where second rankedPartizan won against host Borac CA (3-8) 106-91 . Partizan looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Greek-American point guard Nick Calathes (196-1989, college: Florida) nailed 22 points and 9 assists (perfect behind the arc making all seven shots !!!) for the winning side and American-German center Dylan Osetkowski (206-1996, college: Texas) accounted for 15 points. Puerto Rican Alfonso Plummer (185-1997, college: Illinois) came up with 19 points and Nikola Manojlovic (201-2002, agency: Octagon Europe) added 12 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Borac in the defeat. Five Partizan and four Borac players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Partizan (10-1) have an impressive series of six victories in a row. Defending Serbian champion maintains second place having just six point less than leader Spartak which they share with defeated Borac . Borac at the other side keeps the second position with eight games lost.
